I am so excited to have this amazing new instrument to make music! The whole process of ordering a custom handpan from Novapans was a very positive one. David was very responsive, answering all my pre-order questions, as well as letting me know about the status of my order. The instrument arrived safely, and in tune! I ordered an A2 Kurd 9 note pan, and this thing is a beauty! The color is amazing, as are the deep, deep sounds of this range. Exactly what I was hoping for! I look forward to playing this instrument for many years.

Fantastic handpan to begin my playing journey. It is beautiful and sounds wonderful. the included carry bag, stand, and mini mic were much appreciated.
This is my first experience with a hand pan, so I can’t compare in terms of quality. But the shipping was very fast, and it came it a stand and stool, which was a nice surprise. I did have to pay an import/duty fee after the fact, which was a surprise. Tones sound good.
A beautiful pan with beautiful tones. It was the YouTube shorts that attracted me to this company. It comes with a wooden tripod stand + mini pick up amplifier to connect to a speaker. An impressive package with starter info & further information easily available. Should I become proficient, I will certainly purchase from Novapans again.
I ordered by first ever Beginner handpan , I reached out after a couple of weeks because I didn’t receive any update on the status of the order and David answered via email in less than two minutes telling me everything was fine and the hp was on the way. It was well protected for the journey and it was shipped pretty soon considering it was made on order. The sound is beautiful and loud, the notes are in tune and I am simply in love with this beauty. I ordered the handpan lessons. They were well thought out starting off simple than increasing in complexity with each one building off the previous. They are easy to follow along with and fun to play.
I can't really afford a handpan but the raffle tickets are very cheap. It's fun and exciting to participate.

my Handpan journey started from YouTube Healing frequency music videos which would help my anxiety and help me go to sleep after long tiring night shift away from home being migrant in foreign country alone. I wanted to acquire knowledge of this instrument, there was something about it that was super zen , alien-ish and out of this world! I ordered one from Amazon but then after I did some research I found that decent ones that were actually professional quality were very expensive. Prices can go up to 4-5 k! I did some more research and found NovaPans which offered me better solution- professional quality for lower price compared to other brands on the market! I waited around a month and when I unboxed my new instrument I was blown away! I immediately felt a huge difference just by taking a glance at it between amazon ones and my new polished silver handpan instrument. Then it turned out not only build quality but the sound was also very rich and sustainable for a while in a room. Now I play it every day and watch YouTube tutorials, my goal is to master this instrument because it is healing me and works in celestial ways makes me feel closer to the universe and god. Once I become skilled enough, I want to create video and share my experience there better! Highly recommended! I hope I can win if not I will definitely still contact NovaPans for another purchase because my current one is Celtic scale and I was thinking to get Kurd too. Have a great experience absolutely recommend!!!
