Refund policy

We offer a 100% refund guarantee to ALL orders within 30 days of the date of receipt (from when you actually receive your handpan). We don't mind if it's because you don't like your handpan or if you simply can't afford it. We'll offer prepaid shipping labels for all USA and EU customers and refund you in full upon safe receipt of your handpan back to us!

Any returns made after this will be subject to discussion and agreement. Please contact us should you have any issues whatsoever at any time.
