I got a Novapans handpan for Christmas, and am absolutely in love with it. It has a beautiful sound, and is easy to play. I'm also loving the free educational videos on how to play as well. Great company, I look forward to doing more business with them in the future!

The resonance on this handpan is perfect. I ordered a 9 note D Kurd in 432hz. I plan to play solo at home and wanted to feel the difference between 440 and 432. As a musician it feels off at first but the longer I play the less I notice and can lose myself. I am a beginner. I returned a $599 handpan from Guitar Centerafter trying it out for a few weeks and upgraded to this. NovaPans responded to my emails quickly and this arrived in only a few weeks. I would purchase from them again!

The overall experience was absolutely positive. When buying my handpan, I hadn’t noticed the 100$ promo code. I contacted customer service and they proceeded with a partial refund.
Also they were so kind to repay me for the custom fee when I received my package.
The handpan came with a hard case, a soft case, a stool and a little cleaning rag. It landed at my place in perfect conditions and, considering it is designed for beginners, definitely sounds great.
Only problems I had were with UPS, that is absolutely the worst carrier. They never showed at my place but “pretended” they hadn’t found anyone and ended up dropping the package at a drop off point, even when I asked them to leave it at my front door the day after. This was a hassle for me, as I do not have a car. I hope Novapans will cooperate with another company in the future.

Overall impressed with the sound and quality for the cost. Looks great and was in tune. Very happy overall!

I got my handpan in less than 2wks with free shipping. IT came with free hard and soft cases that can both be carried on one's back. Also it came with a stand. The stand is a bit low for me. I wish it could come up to chair height so I wouldn't have to hunch over to play. But the sound quality is good and it's an overall great value.
